Chris Harvey came to Denver in the Spring of 2003 from Arkansas. Although he studied music education at University of Arkansas, he has always had a passion for animals.  He has been involved with the Denver pet community since his arrival to Denver.  When not doing animal related work, which is hardly ever, he enjoys spending time with family, gardening, camping, and especially cooking.  Chris feels fortunate to share his life with Lin, his partner of 9 yrs; Sara, a Westie; Boo Radley, the most handsome Irish Terrier ever; Desi, the Miniature Schnauzer; Tyra, the supermodel kitty; and Scooby the cat that thinks he’s a dog. Chris is very excited about joining the Firehouse team and looks forward to meeting you.
