 
Welcome to Firehouse Animal Health Center’s Client Rewards Program. As our client, you will earn one point for every dollar spent during your visits to Firehouse. Points will never expire. If you bring in more than one pet, your points will be added together to maximize your rewards in the program. On your first visit, you will automatically be enrolled in the Firehouse Animal Health Center's Client Rewards Program.
Once you earn 2,500 points, you will become a silver member for life. Additional 1% disount on all future products and services.
Once you earn 5,000 points, you will become a gold member for life. Additional 2% discount on all future products and services.
Once you earn 10,000 points, you will become a platinum member for life. Additional 5% discount on all future products and services.
All Silver, Gold, and Platinum Rewards members receive the following:
- Unlimited complimentary dental exams for all pets
- Unlimited complimentary nail trims for all pets
Rewards points are accrued at individual hospitals and cannot be combined.
Firehouse Animal Health Center's (FAHC's) Client Rewards Program Points have no dollar value and can only be redeemed for predefined FAHC rewards. FAHC reserves the right to modify the Client Rewards Program at any time. |
