Appointment Policy: Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases will always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.
Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash. No personal checks are accepted.
CareCredit: CareCredit is currently not available at Firehouse Animal Health Center.
Patient Arrival Policy: For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Firehouse Animal Health Center has partnered with the Veterinary Referral Center of Colorado (VRCC) to provide specialty and emergency services to its clients. The Firehouse team believes VRCC offers the highest quality and most comprehensive specialty and emergency services available in the Denver Metro area.
