Firehouse Animal Health Centers was born in October of 2004 with the opening of its first hospital, Firehouse Capitol Hill, in downtown Denver.  Our name is derived from the location of the flagship hospital, which is the historic building that once housed the well-known Firehouse Carwash on 6th Avenue.

In August of 2006, Firehouse Animal Health Centers purchased All Creatures and Colfax East Animal Hospitals from Dr. Paul Oberbroeckling.  In October of 2007, we combined All Creatures and Colfax East and moved both into a new, state-of-the-art facility, located at Colfax and Glencoe.  With that move, Firehouse Park Hill was born.  Dr. Paul Oberbroeckling continues to practice and serve the great client base that he has built over the years.
