Q. What does VetCentric offer?
A. VetCentric offers three brands of prescription diets – Purina Veterinary Diets', Eukanuba and Royal Canin, as well as a wide variety of prescription drugs.
Q. Who places my order?
A. We will – just let us know what you need and we will happily place the order for you. We are also available to answer any questions about the dietary needs of your pets.
Q. Where is my order delivered?
A. Your order will be delivered directly to your home.
Q. How quickly will I receive my order?
A. You will receive your order within 4-7 business days from the order date.
Q. What if I need my order more quickly?
A. VetCentric offers next-day delivery for an additional charge. Please call 1-866-VET-CENTRIC (838-2368) for more information.
Q. How do I make payment?
A. Payment can only be made by credit card and must be made at the time you place your order.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the food and ranges between $4 and $8. There is no shipping charge for prescription drugs.
Q. What is VetCentic’s return policy?
A. VetCentric offers a 100% guarantee on damaged items, unused/unopened therapeutic diet items should the client be unsatisfied, and therapeutic pet food that the pet refuses to eat (client will only be reimbursed for the first bag or case). Please note that shipping charges, except in the case of damaged deliveries, are non-refundable. Client credits will be processed on the credit card billed in the original order. By law, prescription drugs cannot be retuned, restocked or resold.

Q. How do I reorder?
A. We will automatically write your order for refills which will expire one year from the original order date. You can either call VetCentric at 1-866-VET-CENTRIC or log on to www. vetcentric.com to ship a refill. Your credit card will be billed upon refilling. Contact Firehouse Animal Health Center to order additional refills or to purchase new prescription diets or prescription drugs. |
